This Foot and Ankle Mobility workshop gives you the edge on movement by focusing on the foundation! Dive into the workings of the feet, and build more movement awareness! Learn a short routine to help you warm up and Recover in a simple, easy to learn and interactive format!
About your instructor:
Oddysea (aka Kevin Oatis) started his journey of wellness 10 years ago becoming certified for Personal training and Group Fitness through NASM/AFAA more certifications have been added since then. In 2016, he then started pursuing entertainment, adding Dance, Pole/Aerial, as well as a few other talents. Kevin Believes that Dance, Like any movement, can be freeing and therapeutic. In 2021, Kevin founded Kinesic Opportunities, where the mission is “restoring joy through movement, mobility, and massage.”
Besides 1-on-1 training and bodywork sessions, Kevin offers Virtual Sessions and Workshops to create more awareness of the importance of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Her love for performing arts and understanding of human movement gives Dr. Misty Rose a unique perspective as a fitness professional. Pole fitness instructors are responsible for the physical safety of their participants and dancers are responsible for understanding their bodies and limits. Her innovative seminar teaches instructors and dancers to customize their classes and workouts to allow for safe training and a more enjoyable pole experience. This seminar, Get Flexy For Pole: the science behind stretching and mobility gives opportunities for instructors and dancers to focus on a specialty area or to continue exploring a variety of pole training flexibility and mobility methods. Dr. Misty’s goal is to create high quality pole fitness training and to inspire pole instructors to be the best they can, without losing a day of practice due to injury!
About your Instructor:
Dr. Misty launched Performance Art Athletics LLC in 2016. After seeing a multitude of preventable injuries among artistic athletics she felt a moral obligation to create a service that would empower individuals with safe science-based movement; creating the first vertical teacher training program focused on dance science. With increasing demands from combined pole/aerial studios, the curriculum expanded to Vertical Art Athletics; now available internationally in the USA, Australia, & Canada. Misty is a passionate and well qualified instructor & physical therapist. Full-time Misty works as a sports & performing art physical therapist, and is well versed in treating a wide range of professional & amateur performers including: dancers, musicians, vocalists, acrobats, puppeteers, & artistic athletes. She graduated from the University of Queensland Australia with a master’s in physiotherapy, her education additionally includes a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a doctorate in hand & upper extremity therapy. With 17 years of experience as a fitness trainer she has dedicated her life to health, healing, & fitness.

About your instructor:
Myss Angie is a pole teacher and pole event producer that believes in helping empower other, strengthening the community, and bringing pole dance to new platforms. Myss Angie has been a certified fitness instructor since 2004 and has completed multiple national certifications and degrees since, including a bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2009 she fell in love with pole dance and began teaching and training full time. She has been teaching, training, and performing pole dance and fitness since 2009, a pole sport judge since 2014, holds 1st Place Champion at the Central Pole Championships for her pole double routine with Dakota Wolfe and 3rd Place Champion for her double routine with Cheryl Birch. Myss Angie found her passion helping others in their fitness journey and is dedicated to being a source of support as a trainer and a nutrition coach. She can't wait to connect and workout with you!
