2024 Competiton Updates (as of Jan 2024)

Update on the competition at the Land of Lakes Pole Festival!.

NEW THINGS:.

1. We are combining the two (Minnesota Pole Competition and the MN Pole Star Championship) to be ONE competition.

NEW NAME the US Pole Star Championship. This will allow more clarity.

2. Updating the levels to 4 - to streamline the rules and expectationsNovice - Intermediate - Advanced - Semi Pro - Professional

.

3. Limit the level entries to no more than 12 

.

4. Adding a pre-sale submission form so we can help to place folks evenly in each level making it more predicable for your placement in the competition. Then an Open Call to allow folks to register without the application to fill any open slots. 

.

5. Earlier submissions and acceptions so you have about 3 months to train and know your place in the comps..

THINGS THAT ARE STAYING THE SAME

1. This comp is still the Midwest Qualifier comp for the Pole Championship Series. Pending the next event.

.

2. Categories compete together under their level Categories will be broken up as it fills up! If there are not enough in a categoy to break off then the category will compete togther under one level.

.

3. Provide competitors (and showcases) with the HIGHEST level video backdrop options. We also are bringing back our sound engineer remaster competitors's music files onsite so your sound is crisp and clean

.

5. Our lighting engineer and designer to create dramatic and unparallel stage sets for your routine.
